Office Manager
Be the operational backbone of a growing commercial HVAC service company. You’ll own the daily rhythm — dispatch coordination, invoicing, accounts receivable, vendor management, and customer communication — keeping the office running so the technicians can focus on the work.
Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Lead the toughest diagnostics, mentor junior techs, scope and quote work, and manage key customer relationships. The “problem solver” role — with real influence over how the operation runs.
Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems across Chicagoland. Take-home truck, real benefits, fair dispatch, and leadership that respects the craft. EPA Universal required.
